Tatone became an attorney in 1996 and conducted his first trial approximately 1 month later.  After years of working for a small lawfirm in Macomb County,  Mr. Tatone established his own lawfirm in February, 2003 and has been responsible for providing outstanding legal services in a variety of areas, such as Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts, Power of Attorney, Healthcare Designations, Probate and Civil Litigation, Collections, Contract Drafting and Negotiations, Landlord-Tenant disputes/evictions, Real Estate and Business Transactions.  Our regular customers particularly value the quick response and aggresive handling of their matter.  The main office is located at 110 South Main Street, Mt. Clemens, Mi 48043, however, Mr. Tatone will travel throught the State of Michigan, including Macomb County, Oakland County, Wayne County, Genesee County, Monroe County, Livingston County, Missaukee County, Antruim County, St. Clair County.

The Law Office of John R. Tatone & Associates is conveniently located in the heart of Mt. Clemens, one block south of the Macomb County Circuit Court.  Appointments may be scheduled on Saturdays, Sundays and evening, under certain circumstances.  The first consultation, which is less than an hour, is always at no charge.  The Office prides itself on answering your questions in a straight-forward, non-legalese manner and all of our clients are treated
with the utmost respect. We do not "oversell" our services but rather tailor our
expertise to your specific needs. We are mindful that legal services may get
expensive so we advise you on ways to keep your legal costs to a minimum.  Unlike many of the large lawfirms, our expenses are extremely low, so the savings are passed on to our clients.
